How to verify your email address
When you first register, we send a welcome message to the email address(es) you used to register your AdvertALL iD from www.advertall.co.uk Each message contains a unique a verification link. To verify your email address, click the link and sign into your www.advertall.co.uk account. If you are already signed in to your account, you only need to click the link to verify your address.
If you have not verified your primary email address after seven days, we will send you a reminder message. You can also request a verification email at any time from your account settings. We issue automated verification messages each time you add an additional email address to your www.advertall.co.uk iD.
What to do if you haven’t received an email verification message
You may have not received a verification message due to filtering by your email admin or due to a mistake in your email address. Check your account settings to confirm that your email address is correct, and then check your spam or junk mail folders for messages from www.advertall.co.uk with a subject line that starts with advertall. You can also re-send the verification message by going to your advertall Account settings, Email and contact preferences, and clicking the “Verify” link next to your email address.
If you do not receive a verification message, please contact us using one of the email addresses associated with your advertall account. We’ll investigate the issue and help you verify your address. If your email server is blocking our messages, we’ll also get in touch with your service administrator so you can use your advertall account as normal.
